Historical Event on 11/29/1947

The Nizam of Hyderabad said that he would not consider acceding to either dominion, but would agree to a 'standstill arrangement' with India. The agreement is accepted by the Indian government.

He contributed greatly to statictical mechanics, the electromagnetic properties of ionosphere, the therories of X-ray crystallography and thermoluminescence, and unified field theory.
