Description:
The mission of the Tamil Nadu Foundation is to empower the underserved in Tamil Nadu through education, women's empowerment, rural development, and health & hygiene, with the aim of enriching their educational, social, economic, and cultural status. This fundraiser specifically supports TNF's core initiative, the ABC project, which aims to reduce rural government school dropout rates by assisting slow learners in reaching grade-level academic proficiency. The project has been successfully implemented in 97 schools across 28 districts. A $100 donation supports one student from 6th grade through 10th grade.
