Milk 1 tbsp dry ingredients Whole Wheat Flour 1-1/2 cup Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 2 tsp Ener-G egg Replacer 2 tsp Salt(optional)1/2 tsp wet ingredients Sugar 1/2 cup Oil 3 tbsp Water 4 tbsp Vanilla extract 1 tsp Mashed Banana 1 cup Choco chips & Sliced Almonds
Cooking Instructions
preheat oven @ 350 f. mix all dry ingredients together & strain. in another bowl add all wet ingredients & mix properly.if a batter is thick then add milk too.add choco chips & almonds Grease a loaf pan.now pour batter in pan.sprinkle almond slice on top (optional) bake around 40 min or till toothpick comes clean. once it cooled down .slice & enjoy
