We are looking to buy a house in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh with easy commute to downtown. Any suggestions on builders/subdivisions/realtors will be greatly appreciated.
If you are first time buyer, start visiting open houses in the area you want to buy house in. Dont mention any agents that you dont have one just tell them you are looking around. if you tell them that you dont have agent they will try to get you to use him/her as an agent. you will get contacts of them and than go with the one you feel most comfortable with.
